1. Who we are

Candle & Prayer (Vela y Oración in Spanish) is a project by Nebula Nexus LLC. These terms cover voluntary contributions made from this website. For any questions, write to us at porfavor@nerovem.com.

2. Voluntary contributions

Contributions are voluntary and support the development of Candle & Prayer. You choose the amount.
A contribution is not the purchase of a product and nothing is given in return: it does not give access to paid features or benefits inside the app.
It is not a donation to a non-profit organization, so it is not tax-deductible.

3. How payment works

Contributions are made on Ko-fi (ko-fi.com), an external platform for supporting projects. When you tap “Contribute” you leave this website and continue on Ko-fi.
Card payments are processed by Ko-fi through its payment provider. Candle & Prayer never sees or stores your card details.
Ko-fi and its payment provider handle your data under their own terms and privacy policies.
After paying you will receive a receipt by email.

4. Refunds

Because it is voluntary, a contribution is not refundable unless there is a billing error (for example, a duplicate charge). If that happens, write to porfavor@nerovem.com with the date and amount and we will fix it.

5. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or to the law. Changes do not affect contributions already made.
